What we collect

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google LLC) to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived and general device and location information. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) and processes your IP address; Google may process this data in the United States. We do not use it for advertising or to identify you personally. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. See how Google uses data from sites that use its services.

Forms. When you submit or claim a company, we store what you enter (company name, website, segment, category, work email and your choices) so we can review and publish the listing. When you sign up for the newsletter, we store your email address and the sign-up date.

Hosting logs. Our host, Cloudflare, may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site.

How we use it

Only to run the directory: reviewing submissions, contacting you about your listing if you asked us to, and sending the newsletter you subscribed to. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or unsubscribe at any time, via the contact form. Under GDPR/UK GDPR the legal bases are consent (newsletter) and legitimate interest (listing review).
